Rick is the founder and CEO at LeadBridge – a Boston-based provider of business data and account-based intelligence that accelerates complex technology sales cycles. Since 2006, Rick has driven the company’s vision, strategy and growth. Under Rick’s leadership, LeadBridge stands at the forefront of the sales intelligence industry, while being recognized by Inc. Magazine and the Boston Business Journal for record setting revenue growth and an unparalleled company culture. Rick has over 20 years of experience in technology sales, marketing, finance, M&A, and product development. Prior to LeadBridge, Rick held sales and management roles at Watchfire (acquired by IBM), eCredit (acquired by ICG), Computer Associates, Boston Scientific, and ADP. Rick also oversees the LeadBridge Cares program, which supports several great Boston area causes such as Lazarus House and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Rick enjoys spending time with his two daughters, competing in road races, and volunteering as a high school football coach. He holds a B.A. in administrative science from Colby College.
VP, Client Success & Marketing Operations
In her 8th year at LeadBridge, Melissa is responsible for overall client success of enterprise sales account profiling programs. She oversees client satisfaction, sales intelligence quality and systems that enable a portfolio of print and web-based account-based intelligence solutions. Prior to her current role, Melissa led various client delivery teams that resulted in LeadBridge being recognized by Inc. magazine and the Boston Business Journal as one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States. Melissa previously worked at software-based telecommunications leaders Pingtel and Bluesocket. Melissa attended the University of Vermont, earning a B.A. in anthropology.
Director, Enterprise Account Development Team
In his 6th year at LeadBridge, Greg leads our team of primary research analysts tasked with outbound prospect engagement to generate sales intelligence across Fortune 1000, Government & Higher Education accounts. He is responsible for the day-to-day execution of primary research engagements on behalf of LeadBridge’s most strategic customers. Greg attended Plymouth State University, majoring in Business Management.
Client Engagement Coordinator
In her 7th year at LeadBridge, Carla is the primary connection between our clients and the results of our account-based intelligence ABM programs. Her focus is to ensure quality, timeliness and performance across all LeadBridge customer engagements. Carla holds a B.A. in Communications from Boston University.
